Carpal Tunnel Syndrome - It occurs due to compression of median nerve due to reduced size of carpal tunnel.
It may happen due to
- Inflamation or thickening of the the synovial sheaths of the flexor tendons(Tenosynivitis)
- due to repeat stress injury or Inflamation of flexor retinaculum
- arthritis of carpal bones.
