Hi Neety,
In UPSC Examinations, following abbreviations are used
under PH:
PH-1 is for
Orthopedically Challenged people,
PH-2 is for
Visually Challenged people, and
PH-3 is for Hearing
Impaired people.
In ESE
notifications, it is notified that PH-2 Candidates need not to apply (there are
no seats reserved for them).
