What is cloud computing? Is it important
Private, public, and hybrid cloud deployment models exist.
Private cloud is a cloud environment dedicated to a single business, with components stored on-premises or at a vendor's datacenter. Private cloud offers control because it's only accessible to one business. Custom architecture, advanced security protocols, and the ability to expand virtualized computing resources are advantages.
Many companies maintain a private cloud infrastructure on-site and deliver cloud computing services via the intranet. In other cases, the company hires a cloud vendor to host and maintain off-site servers. Internet-based public cloud stores and manages data and apps. Virtualization provides a shared-resources environment. The flexibility to pay for cloud resources as required is a big benefit over local servers in the public cloud deployment strategy.
Public cloud providers provide strong security to prevent other tenants from accessing customer data. Hybrid cloud mixes private and public cloud models, enabling enterprises to use current IT infrastructure for security. The hybrid cloud strategy lets firms keep secret data locally and access it via public cloud apps.
A company might keep sensitive customer data in a private cloud and execute resource-intensive computing in the public cloud to comply with privacy rules. Businesses may also employ several public cloud services (multi-cloud) This method may be used to spread workloads over several cloud platforms, optimizing performance, flexibility, and cost.
Cloud Computing is an emerging and a very demanding technology which provides on demamd services to the end users. It provides resources such as Storage, Networks, servers etc to the subscribed users on pay as per you use basis. You do not need to own a data centre to set up your work, you can have your work done by usind this technology.
