What is counselling after entrance exam of college? What happens in 1st and 2nd round of counselling?

counselling is the period during which colleges' seats are allotted to students according to their marks and category and other factors , for admission. 1st and 2nd rounds are the rounds of allotment. if you dont get a seat in 1st round then he can try again in the 2nd round but wether he will get or not depends on his marks n cut off.
