Counsellor Psychologist are those who account the problems placed by the client and come up with healthy solution so that the problems can be resolved. These psychologist in terms of verbal communication takes a note of all details and come up with the solutions to those problems. Here is nothing to do with medications.

You must have a MA/MSc degree in order to be a counsellor Psychologist. Also the job notifications you will get from the state Public Service Commission website which will allocate you in multiple sectors like Correctional Home/ Government Funded Mental Hospitals/Infant homes etc.
