What is CSAB counseling? How can i apply? What is the eligibility

CSAB - Central Seat Allocation Board

CSAB  conducting supernumerary seats in the North East and union territories is known as CSAB NEUT

A separate counselling procedure conducted by CSAB for 18 SFTIs is known as CSAB SFTI

To apply go to the official website of CSAB  and use JEE main application form number and password to register and then select the college and course based on your choice. Be careful while filling and locking the choices because after admission there will be no any change in the  branch.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR CSAB NEUT :

• You should be from North East or Union territories
• You should be in the top 20 percentile or secured at least 45% marks in 12 STD Board examination.
• If you are SC / ST category you should have atleast 40% marks
• You should have qualified JEE Main
• You should have studied PCM and language and one subject apart from these

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR CSAB SFTI :

• You should have qualified with atleast 45% marks in 12 th
• SC / ST / OBC-NCL / Pwd category- atleast 40% marks
• You should have studied physics,maths, chemistry/ biology/ biotechnology/ vocational subject and any one language and one subject apart from these
• Have a valid JEE Main paper 1 rank

FOR B arch / B planning :

• You should have qualified with atleast 50 % marks in 12 th
• You Should have studied Maths and have minimum passing marks in each 5 subjects
• Have a Valid JEE main paper 2 rank
