In Engineering, agriculture and pharmacy common entrance test (EAPCET) CSD and CSM are used to denote two different branches of engineering courses.
CSD is computer science and design. It basically combines computer science with design principles. It works on areas like software development, human computer interaction, digital media etc.
CSM is computer science and engineering with artificial intelligence and machine learning. It can lead to a future as a machine learning engineer, data scientist, AI researcher etc.
