Namaskar Sujay. Thank you for asking the question. We at Career 360 will help you to solve queries as possible.
The NEET exam rankings is based on percentile and not percentage. So, the marks that the person at Rank 1 gets decides your rank. Also, the number of students appearing for the NEET exam play a crucial role in judging your rank. Nevertheless, if you know the number of students appearing and subtract it from the number if seats that colleges have in the locality you want to go, you can easily estimate the rank at which you will get the admission.

As per your query about marks cutoff, you must be knowing that there is All India Quota 15 % and State government quota 85%...
Cut off by All India quota is always higher than state quota..Further in both the quota the SEAT is further divided as per category like Open, SC , OBC , ST, etc..It will vary for each group. The Cutoff also vary in Government, Private and Deemed University, Also difffer college to college even in government /private/Deemed.The marks vary each year based on the difficulty level of the paper
BUT GOING BY PREVIOUS YEAR TREND A MBBS SEAT is obtained around 480 - 600 marks range.
Best of luck
