Cut off marks for 2019 was as follows
Unreserved category:
50 percentile -701 to 134 marks
SC/ST/OBC
45 percentile- 133 to 107 marks

Neet cut off is different for different categories.
General:- 50th percentile , it is generally in between 120 to 140 marks , for example in neet 2019 , cut off for general category was 134 marks
General-PH:- 45th percentile , it is generally in between 110 to 120 marks based on past year trends , for example in neet 2019 , cut off for general ph category was 120 marks
SC/ST/OBC :- 40th percentile , it is generally in between 100 to 110 marks based on past year trends , for example in neet 2019 , cut off for SC/ST/OBC category was 107 marks .
But yes neet cut off marks keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks scored by students, toughness level of exam etc.
