Here the OC means the Other Backward Classes i guess. So the cutoff for the NEET 2019 for the dental course 133-107. So you need to score the marks between this range in order to qualify the NEET 2019. And the cutoff marks vary every year based on the certain factors as the number of students applying, The marks obtained by the students etc. So you ecpect 30-40% variation in the cutoff marks for the particular institutes in the next year.
