What is cut off of final merit list (including interview)

Cutoff is not mentioned. The merit list have names of the students who have been shortlisted for the coming rounds.
You can check the list from the official webpage of bihar public service commission.

You will get all the details and notice for every exam from there. You can check it from there.
For interview there is nothing like cutoff. It is performance based and totally depends how you answer the questions and how the evaluators will evaluate you.
