Please mention which IIIT you as referring to for an exact number.

You need at least 280+ in JEE MAINS so that you may have a chance in the final rounds.
The last 2 years closing cutoff has been 270+ in JEE MAINS, so do prepare accordingly.

You'll have to score 150+ marks to be certain of getting CSE if you're not from the state, and 130+ if youre a home state candidate.
The cutoffs can vary depending on the year, and difficulty of paper. So try your best to score well above those numbers to make sure you get a a seat.
