the cutoff for OBC caste could be around 115 out of 720 years of last year but it does not guarantee you necessarily a certain sum government of private medical and dental college but just means that you have cross the 50th percentile for you category in the NEET UG examination
Please notethat in order to get a Government medical College seat availity 85% state quota and OBC reservation you need to get a score in excess of 480 to 500 rs to get it in a state apart from that in which you have your domicile availing 15% all India quota useful needs to be somewhere between 530 to 560 minimum

one concept I am not being able to make you people understand is there is a difference between cutoff and the minimum marks required to get into a good Government medical College
kindly note that cut off means the minimum marks obtained by the person was secured the 50th percentile in the examination and which does not necessarily correspond to a person getting a good rank of seat in a Government medical College availing the 85% state quota 15% all India quota
if I tell you that the cutoff for OBC category last year was around 115 out of 720 then just means that the last person of the OBC category who has cross the 50th percentile has got that school and not necessarily has gotten to about medical and dental College at the government or private level
to get a Government medical College seat availity OBC category you need to score in excess of 480 to 500 to get a seat in the state of a domicile availing the 85% state quota and usko in excess of 530 to 580 to get a good Government medical College seat available 15% all India quota in States where you do not have a domicile
