As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the lowest cut-off marks was 509 for Koppal Institute of Medical Sciences under Home state quota for General category and the cut-offs are quite lower for reserved categories such as OBC, SC, ST and so on, hence you can expect it's cut-off to be around 470-480 for NEET 2020 under OBC category for AIQ.
