The CW Defence Quota, also known as the Children of War Wards Quota, offers reserved seats in educational institutions like Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC) for the dependents of armed forces personnel.
MAMC reserves 10 seats specifically for the CW Defence Quota. You can apply under this quota if you are the child/ward of a defense personnel (army, navy, air force, or paramilitary forces).
You'll need an Educational Concession Certificate (ECC) issued by the relevant authorities as proof. Although there was previously a possibility of securing a seat based solely on priority category, appearing for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is now mandatory.
