Paper-6 aims at evaluating candidates on their quantitative aptitude, logical & abstract reasoning, verbal ability, and knowledge of current affairs. The details of topics are as under:
Section A (English Language)
Vocabulary, Grammar, Uncommon words, Sentence completion, Antonyms, Synonyms, Comprehension of passages, Relationship between words & phrases
Section B (Numerical Aptitude)
Numerical Calculation, Simple Algebra, Arithmetic,
Trigonometry, Geometry, Interpretation of graphs, charts, and tables
Section C (Thinking and Decision Making)
Creative Thinking, Verbal reasoning, Finding patterns trends, Unfamiliar Relationships, Assessment of figures & diagrams
Section D (General Awareness)
Knowledge of current affairs and other issues related to:Trade, Industry, Economy, Sports, Culture, Science
