Fee waiver(FW) are special seats which re allotted according to the rank in UPSEE exams and it varies from college to college.

The students who fall under this category of FW get huge concession in the academic fees.

Suppose if the college fees is around 80k than the fees for FW student would be 20K-25k.

But the rank to be eligible for this is different for different Colleges.
