Hello,
The major difference between three year LLB and five year LLB lies in the fact that the latter one which is a integrated course comes in many forms such BA-LLB,BCom-LLB,BBA-LLB. Since, you specifically asked for BA-LLB, so this course includes all subjects related to BA as well as core subjects of law, similarly the same holds true for BBA-LLB where one studies the subjects related to BBA with core law subjects and in BCom-LLB too, this same procedure is followed.
The other differences is the duration of both the programme and the eligibility criteria which differs in both the case, for five years programme one needs to have passed 10+2 from a recognized board with minimum 50% marks while for three year, one needs to have passed graduation with at least 45% marks
Hope, this clears your doubt.
