BSC is pure Science while b tech is technological course.
In BSC is three years ug course while BTech is a four years ug course. In btech other Engineering
branches are taught in first year while in BSC biotechnology is core subject. In b tech main biotechnology subject study start from second year and lot of laboratory work is to be done while in BSC there is relaxed schedule and laboratory work is less. BTech is technology based while BSC is theory based.
Whether it is BSC or b tech you can make career in the field
B tech biotechnology has advantage over BSC as for pursuing phD , b tech student can directly go for PhD while BSC student has to do msc first and then PhD.
