If you are interested in managing the processes related to food processing then you can go for food technology and if you are interested in learning about nutrition then you can go for food & nutrition.
nutrition major focuses on human health and nutrition. The food technology major deals with the technologies used in the manufacture of food products, as well as evaluation of foods, product development and quality assurance. Eg. FSSAI.
If you pursue food technology, you'll become a food technologist or quality manager but if you pursue bsc. Dietics and nutrition, then you will become a dietician.
