Counseling means any entrance exam Counseling where students are asked to choose there preferences regarding Colleges and verification of documents is done. Counseling can be like NEET Counseling, TS EAMCET Counseling, AP EAMCET Counseling.

Another meaning of Counseling is that Counseling a student or a person regarding any thing and where guidance or assistance is given. It can also be Psychology Counseling.

Interview means you giving an interview for job or internship or any such thing. It is also a process of screening candidates for a job/ role etc. Interview is also a part of Recruitment process. In Interview they might ask about yourself, your education qualifications, job experience, weakness, strengths, etc.
