No, your question is wrong .There is no difference between CSIR UGC NET and CSIR JRF NET,Both are same. But NTA UGC NET and CSIR UGC NET is different. Both are  included JRF. UGC NET is common in 82 subjects.

www.iti50.com can give details and link for CSIR UGC NET and also can give a clear note for recommended books in Management. https://www.iti50.com/p/ugc-net-examination.html

I think you are a bit confused about UGC, CSIR, NET, and JRF.
See, UGC and CSIR are both educational bodies that conduct the NET exams. CSIR is mainly for the students who are from the science stream whereas UGC is for all the other fields such as management, commerce, humanities, languages etc. So, here both the educational bodies conduct the exam in their respective filed.
Now, when you give the exam you qualify either just NET or both NET and JRF.
when you qualify NET you are eligible to apply as an assistant professor in any college and universities.
Whereas when you qualify both NET and JRF which is Junior research fellowship you are now eligible to be an assistant professor and also you can get admission in various government institutions to pursue Ph.D. without having to give their entrance test. You just have to appear for the interview. In addition to this, you even get a fellowship amount from the government to do your research work which is 31,000+ HRA p.m. (the amt has been revised yesterday only). So obviously getting JRF is pretty tough as its cutoff is also high as compared to that of NET.

I hope this clears your doubt.
All the Best!

CSIR NET is a national eligibility test which is conducted for two positions i.e.

  1. JRF &
  2. Assistant Professor

The candidates can apply for only JRF, both JRF and Assistant Professor or only Assistant Professor.

There is no difference between CSIR NET JRF exam and CSIR UGC NET exam. A single CSIR NET exam is conducted for both Assistant Professor and JRF but the cutoff marks vary for each.

JRF’s cut off is higher than the Assistant Professor.

Candidates who are qualify the NET JRF exam, automatically eligible for the Assistant Professorship.
