Hello Smriti Mishra,

In internships, you generally don't get paid for the work instead your skills are polished and you're prepared for taking up bigger tasks later on in jobs.

Whereas in a job you get paid for the work you do. While hiring you for a job , they look for the skills and qualification.

Hey Dhruv, first of all a job is work you perform to earn money to support your basic needs. It can be full-time or part-time and may be short-term. You might earn an hourly wage or a set paycheck rather than a salary with benefits. You might need to learn certain skills connected with that role, but not all jobs require a specialized degree or advanced training.

Companies expect their employees to perform their individual jobs in exchange for regular payment and to be responsible for the duties laid out for them.

and now interview refers to a formal, in-depth conversation between two or more persons, wherein the exchange of information takes place, with a view of checking a candidate’s acceptability for the job. There are two primary types of interviews used by companies: screening interviews, and selection interviews. Every company's hiring process is different. Some companies may require only two interviews while others may require three or more. It is also not uncommon to see a company conduct testing (personality, skills based, aptitude, etc.) as an intermediate step in the hiring process.

I hope this helps to you and thank you !!!

Hello student ,

An employee is expected to work independently without constant guidance from their colleagues whereas an intern is given complete guidance. A job is considered as permanent or long contract work.On the other hand, an internship can last 1-6 months depending upon the company’s requirement. Both the parties understand that an internship is conducted for the benefit of the intern and thus he is not entitled to a salary. Interns will not be able to avail benefits such as paid leave, medical care and other perks.

Hope it will help you !
