Subjects taught in Oncology work on the studies of medicine dealing with the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cancer. They can also diagnose the cancer and predict when it had actually started. Also along with this, they also learn how to recommend most suitable treatment options and recommend the best curing plan for the patient. They are familiarised with the various types of specialisations in oncology which is medical, surgical, radiation and paediatric.

You get to treat patients in true only after you have pursued MBBS and earned that degree since that only allows you doing it. By BSC you can just lend some hand having information of the same, but cannot treat or cure patients.
