Dear Danish,

As the name suggests M.tech in Construction management will deal with the technical aspect whereas MBA in Case management will deal with managerial aspect.

It all depends on what kind of work you like.

If you want to go for corporate sector then pursue MBA in construction management, if you are interested in technical and on-field job go for M.tech.
