UG is the course you do after passing your 12th board. In India, the Graduation system is classified into two parts: Undergraduation (UG) and Postgraduation (PG). It takes three or four years to complete an "undergraduate" degree. After passing the UG course you become a graduate. UG Course include B.Sc ,BA, BTech ,BE, BCom, MBBS etc.
After that only, you can do the post graduate course. It is a course of generally 2 years. i.e , M.Sc,Mtech ,MA, MCom etc. are some examples of PG courses.

under graduate courses are Bsc,b com,ba,btech etc.after completion of under graduate course you got a bachelor's degree for it.
post graduate courses are Msc ,Mcom .MA.M tech etc.after completion of postgraduate course you got a Master degree for it

UG is more of giving overall flavor and knowledge of your domain while in PG you specialize in particular course.
