These are the different categories namely, General Merit, General Merit Karnataka and general Merit Rural.

GMK IS GENERAL MERIT QUOTA FOR THOSE WHO STUDIED KANNADA MEDIUM

GMR IS GENERAL MERIT QUOTA FOR THOSE WHO STUDIED IN RURAL AREAS.For all the above quotas karnataka domicile neet qualified candidates are eligible.
