What is difference b/w PES Bangalore CET Quota and PESSAT Quota. How can I join through CET Quota as im from kerala

CET quota is for the students who apply through KCET exam.
In order to apply for KCET you need a domicile certificate of Karnataka.
Students outside Karnataka state can apply through PESSAT.

To be eligible you should have 50% marks in your 12th class in science stream.
