Computer Science Engineering and Computer Engineering both are essentially same. Most of the colleges in India provides the course as Computer Science Engineering. Although, there are some institutes which offers the course Computer Engineering. The curriculum and academic targets are the same. So don't worry and don't get confused in names. You can take admission in any of this course, if you are interested in job profiles such as Programmer.
