Hey Uttam,
BSc Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology and B.Sc. in Radiology and Imaging Technology are both same. Both are three-and-a-half-year degree programme that teaches advanced medical imaging techniques such as MRI, CT, and XRAY. It entails the methods and processes for taking inside photographs of human body parts/organs, as well as their capacity, for therapeutic objectives such as investigating the body's normal anatomy and physiology.
Hope it helps.
