Hey

JEE is conducted for admission in various NITs and IITs whereas MHTCET is conducted for admission in various state government colleges of Maharashtra.
JEE is completely based on CBSE 11th and 12th (PCM) syllabus and MHTCET on state board 12th (PCM) syllabus strictly.
JEE conducted in both offline and online mode but MHTCET conducted offline only.
In MHTCET, there are 150 questions (30 each in PCM) which have to be attempted in 3 hours . There is no negative marking.
In JEE, there are 90 questions (30 each in PCM) which have to be attempted in 3 hours . There is negative marking in this.
These are some basic differences between JEE and MHTCET.
I hope it helps. :)
