Hope you are doing great. A full-time, three-year post-graduate programme called Diplomate National Board (DNB) is available. The prerequisites for the course are passing the DNB- CET entrance exam and qualifying in an MBBS or equivalent exam with a minimum aggregate percentage of 50% and above.
After an internship, you cannot register for the DNB CET entrance exam. As you are aware, the National Board of Examination (NBE) administers the DNB CET (Diplomate National Board Centralized Entrance Test), a national qualifying exam for admission to medical and dental postgraduate programmes offered by various government and private colleges in India. To be eligible for this exam, you must hold an MBBS degree or a provisional MBBS pass degree that has been approved by the Indian Medical Council, as well as a permanent or provisional registration certificate of MBBS qualification.

Diplomate of National Board (DNB) is a Post-graduate Master's degree same as MD/MS degree awarded to the Specialist Doctors in India after completion of three year residency.
It is conducted by National Board of Examination (NBE). For this, you must have a degree of MBBS recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI) and must possess permanent / provisional registration certificate of MBBS qulafication issued by MCI.
After bams you can pursue masters in medicine, gynecology, panchkarma, hospital management and many more specialisation.
