Donation fee is fee which you have to give to make you eligible for admission e.g. there are many management quota seats so for admission into this you have to give to take admission if you haven't passed or cleared their cutoff and admission fee is that fee which you have to give to be a student that means to take all services of being a student as provided by the institute
