After successful submission of your application, you will find the Download link to download the PDF version of your final application.

Further, e-acknowledgement will be sent to your email ID. These documents may be retained for your records and future requirement.If you have successfully submitted your application, e-acknowledgement would be sent on your email.Check your email for the e-acknowledgement and print them(u can type e-acknowledgement in the search box of your mail)

No no.It is an informal letter saying that they have received your request or your query and they have acknowledged it.Go on your registered email which you had provided and in the search box type acknowledge.
You'll get the letter pdf which you need to download and take a print
