1. AIIMS PG eligibility criteria is as follow
Candidates are advised to go through the below-mentioned course wise AIIMS PG 2021 eligibility criteria before filling the application for the entrance test.
2. AIIMS PG Eligibility Criteria - MD/ MS/ DM/ M.Ch
Aspirants must hold an MBBS degree from any university which is recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
Medical graduates must have completed their 12 months of mandatory rotating Internship on or before January 31, 2020.
In order to be eligible for AIIMS PG 2020, a candidate must have provisional/ permanent registration of MCI.
3. AIIMS PG 2021 Eligibility Criteria - MDS
Aspirants must hold a BDS degree from any university which is recognized by the Dental Council of India.
Dental graduates must have completed their 12 months of mandatory rotating Internship on or before January 31, 2020.
In order to fulfill AIIMS PG eligibility criteria, a candidate must have provisional/ permanent registration of DCI.
4.AIIMS PG eligibility criteria 2020 - Minimum percentage required in MBBS/BDS
Candidates belonging to General/Other Backward Classes/ Economically weaker sections need to score a minimum of 55% in aggregate to apply for AIIMS PG.
For those aspirants belongs to Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe, a minimum percentage of 50% in aggregate is required
If Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) belong to the General/OBC category, he/she needs a minimum aggregate of 55%.
If Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) belong to the SC/ST category, he/she needs a minimum aggregate of 50%.
5. AIIMS PG eligibility criteria 2021 for Sponsored candidates
Aspirants who are permanent employees of Central/State government/Armed Forces or the Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Body have the option to be sponsored by the respective Government/Defence authorities or the Competent Authorities of PSU/Autonomous Body. According to the AIIMS PG 2020 eligibility criteria, such candidates will have to secure 50% marks in aggregate. The same eligibility criteria of AIIMS PG apply to such candidates also belonging to the PwBD category.

There is no age limit to give AIIMS PG 2020 entrance exam. And minimum required aggregate are 55% (general category) in undergraduate degree and 50% for reserved category. For more information, kindly visit the link given below
