what is eligibility for LLB ? CAN A 12 TH PASS CAN DO LLB.
Hi Aspirant,
The eligibility criteria to get admission in LLB is as follows:
1) Candidates need to be graduates i.e. they should have passed a bachelor degree of three-years or four-years duration in any subject/ discipline in order to pursue an LLB course.
2) Some Colleges also set percentage parameter like General category students should have 50 percent in graduation, for sc/ST candidates 35 to percentage is needed.
3) Although some colleges offer admission to candidates on the basis of merit, however, the majority of the popular law colleges/ universities in India offer admission to aspirants on the basis of either national-level law entrance exams or on the basis of an entrance exam conducted by them.
12th Pass students can do LLB ,they can opt for 5 years LLB course.
MHCET LAW is example of entrance test conduct for 3 years and 5 years LLB admissions.
Hope it helps you.
