what is eligible for integrated Mtech how can I get seat

The integrated Mtech program is basically a five year integrated course. To be eligible for this programme  the candidate must have passed class 10 + 2 exam from a recognised board with the subjects physics, chemistry and mathematics as their Core. The candidate must have scored minimum aggregate mark of 60% in the above subjects.

The admission process for this programme is done in two ways.

• Through entrance examination conducted by various government/private colleges/Institutes.
• Through merit list which is based on the performance of the candidate in their class 10th and class 12th.

Integrated Mtech is a 5 year integrated engineering program which is equivalent to to the the degree of BTech + Mtech. The course is highly demanded among the students as it saves one year and also gives better exposure to engineering graduates. Now as you have not mentioned the name of any college in which you want to get admission I would treat it as a general query. Any candidate who has completed his or her intermediate studies with PCM as compulsory subjects are eligible for the course. Apart from this some colleges have age restrictions as well.

Most of the colleges offer admission into integrated Mtech program on basis of marks secured in the intermediate board examination. The colleges release an application form and seat allotment is done on merit basis. Some colleges have their own entrance examination to offer admission into this course.
