Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws make it illegal for employers to discriminate on the basis of certain characteristics. This means individuals are entitled to be free from discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin and Gender.


Its written in our Constitution in DPSP rights from article 35 to 51A .
