If you don't belong to any other cateogory ( like SC, ST, OBC) without General-UR and if your annual family income is less than 8 lakh then you'll be under this EWS ( Economically weaker section) qouta. Now coming to the second part of your question. Listen Mojammel, every year the cut-off marks for AIQ as well as Home State quota change on the basis of several factors, like number of appeared students, number of successful students, number of available seats, difficulty of question paper etc . So till the release of official cut-off details, it's not possible to make any accurate remark about the precise cut-off marks of any year for the topmost Government colleges in different states under EWS category . But something can be estimated by analysing the previous few years' cut-off informations.
So as per our probable estimation, if you belong to EWS category student you've to manage almost 570-80 marks for getting admission through 15% AIQ and 530-40 marks for 85% Home State quota ( though the State cut-off marks vary from each state to another, but you don't have mentioned your residential state in your question. So I've told you on the basis of an average cut-off marks for every state in India for EWS students).
