It varies from college to college.


In a place like AFMC, the students are paid a stipend during the course.


In government colleges, the yearly fees might range from 15k to 50k per year. I think the cost is much lower in AIIMS.


It will cost around 20k to 25k per year in CMC Vellore. This is excluding hostel and mess costs, which will be around 50–80k per year.


Many private colleges charge up to a few lakhs per year for MBBS. Some college go beyond 60-70 lakhs.


Thus, the fee structure is quite variable. If you are interested in a particular college, I suggest you look for their prospectus on their website. That should give you the exact details.
