First of all, as per your profile I can assume that you are from daman and diu. Therefore definitely you van participate in csab neut 2020.
Now, le me clear you one thing - UR (unreserved), OBC, SC, ST comes under CATEGORY option .

Now, for SUB CATEGORY , you have to either choose between NO (that means non pwd) or PWD . So, if you have filled sub category as obc then it's wrong.
