Hi aspirant,

In order to pursue software Engineering you will have to join an engineering college first.

The best option for you would be to join country's finest engineering colleges: IITs and NITs. For that you have to crack and qualify JEE Main and JEE Advanced whichever is applicable.

Once you get into a college then you will learn software Engineering.

Hope this helps you.
