Hey, Devani
With the ever increasing modernisation of industry, scope of I&C is increasing. All industries that have automation need I&C engineers. Advantage is, you may even join an IT company, if you wish. Salary range will depend on your knowledge level and the company where you get employed and is same for all branches. Unless you want to become a lecturer, as such, in India, there is not much scope for those who do complete higher studies. Having said that if you do it from the west, from research oriented institutes, there is immense scope with developers of instrumentation. Hope for the best!!!!
