what is general distribution of marks in Legal Theory and Reasoning? General idea on the basis of previous papers
Hi Anand,
If you're talking in respect of CLAT, there is no particular pattern for the same, still, you can take a general idea of the following cases.
There were 15 questions of legal reasoning in the year 2012 and 2015;
35 questions of legal reasoning in the year 2013, 2016 and 2017;
while there's even a case of the year 2014 when all the 50 questions were of legal reasoning.
I feel like legal reasoning is a scoring area of CLAT. You may just go through the previous year question paper of the legal aptitude section and have an idea of the reasoning questions and their similarity.
Best of Luck!
