Hello Aysha.

The meaning of PH1 , PH2 and PH3 is different in the sense that Physically Handicapped category has been further divided into three categories which are as follows :-

PH1- Orthopedic

PH2- Hearing Impaired

PH3- Visually Impaired

Aysha If a person belong to Multiple disability so under which category he will fall, like I have two problems Eye and orthopaedic...
