As such there is no fixed parameter to determine how much marks would be considered good in examination if not 100%.
As various chapters have questions based on different concepts and different difficulty level. You might score way better in chapterwise test for Motion in a plane than you will score for a chapter test of Rotational motion. As The latter chapter has questions based on very difficult concepts.
So overall I would suggest you to try to score maximum marks, try to minimise the silly mistakes, analyze your paper and your mistakes after the test, and you will see yourself improving.
