What is government quota seat in private medical College?what is the procedure to get in this quota??i am domicile of west Bengal
Hi there.
After cracking NEET during online counseling, when asked to fill in your choices for medical institutes of West Bengal State there will be an option of choosing government quota seats in private colleges.
In West Bengal colleges like IQ City Durgapur, KPC Medical college etc. have govt. quota seats.
Right now, you don't need to worry about these. Just focus on your studies and score as much as possible. During counseling, you would be guided accordingly by the authorities hence do not stress out now.
Hope this helps.
There are variations in number of seats from college to college for the government quota seat in a private medical college. To get a government quota seat in a private medical college.. it mainly depends on your score, because if you score 550+ then for sure you'll get admission in a government college. But if you want to take admission in a private college that too a government quota seat in it .. then your score should be 425-500+ and on the cutoff + NEET score + ranking basis.. you'll get to know that whether you're eligible for government quota or management one..!
So prepare well and study smart !
Hope this helps.!
All the Besttt !
