Group discussion is conducted by companies as a part of the selection process. There will be a group of people who shortlisted for the selection process. A group consists of at least 3-4 participants and more.

they will be given a topic to discuss about the topic. the people in the group needs to discuss or talk on the given topic within the given time.

participants of the group should talk on various aspects on the given topic like pros, cons, etc..

here in this group discussion recruiters will notice the skills that they looking for.

the participants are moved forward in selection process based on their performance in group discussion.
