Hii,

Group Discussion is a process of sharing our ideas and thoughts with some group of people. In group Discussion, one has to share his ideas with the group as well as accept others opinion. While discussing in group, One has to speak about his thoughts irrespective of gender, religion, politics and caste.because that may leads to argument and violence. Generally Group Discussion is conducted as a part of Hiring Process in Job interviews or admission to Colleges. In GD, they will check your thought process, communication and behaviour. A person who is strong in all these can definitely clear  GD round.
