What is highest package of chemical engineering

Considering for a fresher (just passed out of the college) and got a job from campus (I am excluding IITs here, as I am not aware of there whereabouts).
Chemical engineer as Process design engineer:
2.5 lakhs per annum to 3.5 lakhs per annum depends on the college and companies, but this will be average.
Chemical engineer as Production Engineer/technical services:
2 lakhs per annum to 2.5 lakhs per annum depending again on the company here (I am considering a decent manufacturing company).
I have personally seen any fresh chemical engineers working at very low salaries at the start of their career, but eventually, after a struggle of 2 or 3 years they come up in their careers and I have seen this happening.
Experience matters very much in the field of chemical engineering.
